We're hiring
Agentic Engineering Trainer
You've shipped. You can also teach. Those two things rarely coexist. If they do in you, keep reading. We train developers to build with Claude Code, and we're looking for a trainer to teach the next squads.

The role
What we offer
Pay
€10,000
per squad. Run three to four a year alongside your own work.
Time
6 Fridays
per squad. Predictable schedule, set well ahead.
Where
Fully remote
On Google Meet. We teach in English, Estonia to Finland.
- Work alongside a founder with 20+ years in software (Smart-ID, Stafflogic).
- Real codebases, real developers, not theory.
- Teams at Helmes, Holm Bank, Bitweb and Datel now ship with Claude Code in production. You'll teach the next ones.
You
Who we're looking for
- You're a developer. You've shipped product, not just slides. This job doesn't work without it.
- You know Claude Code for real: sub-agents, skills, hooks, CLAUDE.md, git worktrees, the spec-driven loop. Or you'll get there fast.
- Fluent English. We teach across the Nordics and the Baltics.
- You can teach. Patient, clear, present. People leave understanding, not nodding.
Why this role exists
I want to run more squads than I can personally teach
Plepic has trained 300+ developers to build with Claude Code, with post-training satisfaction at 8.7 out of 10. The demand is real and it's growing. I'm looking for one more trainer so we can say yes to more teams without lowering the bar. You'd be teaching next to me, not carrying the room alone.
When you apply
A few questions to self-select
These are the questions we'll actually talk through. If you can answer them with specifics, we should talk.
Q1
Walk me through a CLAUDE.md you have written for a real project: what you included, what you left out, and why.
Q2
Name one thing Claude Code does badly. How do you work around it, and how would you teach other developers to avoid the same friction?
Q3
List two software products you have shipped, not built, shipped. For each: what it does, your role, and one architectural decision you would change today.
Planning the next squad now. First conversations in July.
If this is you, or you know the person, I'd genuinely like to talk.
